Whenever I get hot, the skin of my torso and arms gets really red in blotches. Whenever this happens the red spots get really itchy. There are no bumps or anything like that, it's just red. Also, no matter how how I get, I won't sweat in the affected areas. Does anyone know what this could be or how to get rid of it?
