It's not really hard work, it's more smart work. Right now I eat whatever I want, including on rare occassions junk food. Once it's time to cut I get a bit more strict and then start to get ripped again. It's not that hard.

Hello Sarah,
Welcome! I am also new here and wonder if you ever heard about BIONOVA skin care. I have been using this amazing brand for three years and cannot get over the results. They are using the same ingredients that exist in our skin and each product is designed to your problem. When you apply it, the ingredients help the skin to fix itself....!!! I would appreciate your comments on that! Thanks.

Hi pacifist. I use BioNova Bio 1 Act cleanser for normal/dry to get my sunscreen off in the summer, and while it is a nice cleanser, I don't think it is anything magical. I can't speak about the rest of the products, although they look pricey.
What specific products do you like?

Hello Fawnie,
I use the whole regimen. I started with the cleanser and the eye make up remover. I liked the soft feeling of the skin afterwards. Slowly, I added the massage cream and the mask. After seeing the results, I purchased the face wrinkle (brightened my skin color and helped to get rid of white blemishes) and the eye wrinkle. I am using the mask and the massage cream twice a week and the rest of products only once. To tell the truth, only after using the whole regimen I experienced the amazing results. Oh, forgot to mention the cleansing process that I went through. It took almost two weeks after starting the treatment products before seeing the results. I know not all brands suit everyone. I am lucky to find the brand that works for me.

thanks Pacifist!
Did you order from their online store or were you able to find them in a brick&mortar store?

Hello Dr. Sarah!
I have very fair skin, fairly sensitive & prone to redness/flushing but not breakouts. I don't have many wrinkles but I do have some uneveness in skin tone, small broken blood vessles and a few baby 'sun spots'. I have a history of melanoma & am VERY careful about sun exposure.
I am contemplating various "facial rejuvination" procedures but am leary of chemical peels, as I've heard a few horror stories about burning & scarring.
Would microdermabrasion be a better option for me?
Also very interested in ILP/phototherapy to refresh my complexion, elimiate the little red 'dots' and hopefully remove any pre-cancerious cells.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
-Thanks! : )
