Your post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation doesn't look too bad - what will help fade your scarring the most is time and patience. I've had similar scarring.

What are you currently using as part of your skincare regimen? retin A/retinol? vitamin C serum? You can apply it to the HP (hyperpigmented) areas to help with skin turnover.

You have options to start with some mild peels to fade the area. You can find some at MUAC. Also, Amlactin is good along with their body wash will help peel the skin or kojic acid soap will help the area (but keep it on for only a little bit and wash it up). Just don't go overboard and patch test these products first before you use them.

As for products that will fade HP, alpha arbutin, licorice extract, mulberry extract. A lot of people like Precious skin serum or Fair and White gold (with has Hydropquinone - it's fine to use for a while, though not continuously). There are other products; you can use to search tool find more products people use.
