Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the forums, just wanted to say hi! I love to see everyone's tips and tricks (so fun)!
I'm a practicing herbalist. I'm very into homemade remedies and organic skin care.

Here's a awesome beauty beverage you can make at home:
Take a glass of water and add one tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Sweeten with stevia or honey.
This tangy drink draws toxins from you're body to help clear your skin. It also suppresses your appetite.
Message me or post if you want to hear more stuff like this. I look forward to chatting!
Have a good one!

Hi Cali Gal!
Welcome--I'm new to the forum and I'm originally from Cali--San Mateo, south of SF.
I live in Naples, FL now.
I've used Bragg's ACV and it works, though you have to get used to the flavor-- I kinda hold my breath! It's great for many things. The paperback about ACV contains a lot of useful information. Jack LaLanne uses ACV..and he looks great.
I'm into looking and feeling my best--a positive outlook [hard these days..] and a sense of humor all adds into the mix.

i'm new here. and your post was the first i read. i am very interested in other "remedies" like this one and i am going to try it. can i get "organic" apple cider vinegar at any grocery store? thanks. i have actually been feeling really really "yucky" i guess that sums it up. mentally and physically. i have more acne problems now at 37 than as a teen. and i hate my weight but i have a hard time eating right. the right foods or at the right times. also my hair is a disaster. i am a mom of 6 and recently divorced. i need some help.

Hey chicas,

(or chicos). Thanks for the greetings! It's cool for all the newbies to get to know each other.
Balcerzak: Yes, you can get organic apple cider vinegar most grocery stores, and definitely at health food stores like Whole Foods, ect. As Florida Nan said, try to get the brand Bragg's, that's for sure a quality brand.
By the by, Florida, I think it tastes better when you have it really cold over ice and with a little stevia to sweeten.
I'll go through some notebooks I have for more stuff like this and post it in "basic skincare" section. If anyone else has any interesting concoctions please share!
talk to you guys soon!
