No this is a difficult one. However I know a woman who proved her eyelids were interfering with her sight; her doctor arranged surgery for her -no cost.

Do you do facial exercise? There is an eye exercise listed on one of the facial exercise threads here that gives the details. It does take time and commitment, but it works and is cheaper and more long-lasting that surgery! Unless your eyes are extremely hooded, give it a try!
