How good is Tae Bo, when used in moderation, good for weight loss? Do you know anyone who's lost weight from this? What were their experiences?

did you use the advanced tae bo or basic, chelsie?
just the basic tae bo, I suffer from endometriosis so I have to be careful when exercising................... good luck
i used it for 8 months, until I was back into shape....now I use the treadmill, step exercise, snowshoying and free weights. I try to do soemthing every day.......I quit smoking so I need to keep active..................
chelsie, how did you alter your diet? What were you eating for those eight months when you lost 30 or so pounds?

Also, what did you weigh before? I think you could be of great help to me chelsie.
well I was never overweight, but after my hystorectomy I gain 30 pounds. I did not change my eating habit, always eat very good, lots of veggies, fuits, nuts, yougourt, blueberries, salmon and white fish. I don't eat meat, pasta or fired food due to endometriosis, love my chips but I eat the low salt ones.

Try to eat small meals and often, drink green tea all day, lots of water and exercise.......if you do tae bo you will lose the weight.

goo dluck, if you need more you can email me also, I would be happy to help in any way I can.
I LOVE IT. I have several VHS (from way back when it first started) and DVD's. Its great because you dont have to jump and make a lot of noise. I'm on the 5th floor in my building. Everything is designed to tone and stregnthen but make you sweat and burn tons of calories at the same time! The boot camp series was too hard for me and no way would I stick to it. I like the cardio- fat blasting 45 min DVD. Been working out with Billy since 1998.
Have you ever tried the Basic or the Advanced Video?
well I found my VHS tae bo basic (20 minutes) I'm starting monday on it again..................I need to find a VHS machine in the basement........LOL we only have DVD's..............LOL

Good for you, Chelsie. After a few more times it will become a routine part of your life and easier to do. Keep up the good work!

When I get my website going and offer what I call "Distance Training," I'll hook up SCT members with a free month or something.
