How many times has "tomorrow" been the day to eat better?

I know I've told myself many times that tomorrow will be the day that I start making the correct changes. Is there anyone else that procrastinates with changing to a new lifestyle or am I alone?

I think everyone does to some extent. People don't like change
i say this everytime i go to coldstone... i say its my last splurge... thats how i put on 30 lbs this year
u are definitely not alone! with eating im a bit good at it, but with ne thing that requires me notbe lazy i sometimes struggle.lol.
I find that the only time when I will eat perfectly is when I'm preparing for a bodybuilding competition or for photoshoot. It's alot easier when there is something pending that forces you to get in shape and eat well, like a wedding or something.

In othe words, I have the will power to do it, but only when I'm forced to, if that makes any sense.
This always happens to me.

Unfortunately, I only eat correctly when there is an event like a wedding, etc for me to look good.

Tomorrow for me has always been the day that I am going to clean my house!
Here is a true motivational quote that I love and also the title of the book:
Choose Your Way There—
the choices you make today
is the life you’ll live tomorrow.
Isn't everyday "Tomorrow I'll Eat Better Day"?
Tomorrow I am going to the gym! I really don't know what to do to get to the gym even tho it is a 3minute drive from where I live and the gym is well equiped and my man got me a membership. It makes me sad.
Oh I know the feeling skinmnd! Do you have a foolproof routine that you can work it into? Like, set the alarm for an hour earlier than usual, put your workout clothes right by the bedside with your gymbag and just get up and DO IT!!!

After 28 days it will be a habit!

Oh my gosh! It seems like eating better is always part of my new years resolution and for some reason or another it just never gets accomplished. Maybe 2010 will the be year that I will make a change and finally start eating better.

Same for me!

Good suggestion Fawnie! The other thing is that, I am not a morning person and I am already getting up at 6am. I drop the baby at the daycare and am suppose to start work at 7am, but guess what, I am always almost 20minutes late everyday. Every morning is a struggle. After work, I go pick up the baby and am just lazy or maybe tired to go to the gym. I understand that the gym also offers childcare while u work out, which is awesome! I hope one day I will go and hope after the 28days it will be a habit.

So Fawnie do you workout yourself. What kind of a workout program are you on?
and climb trees.
ROFLOL! Fawnie u r so funny! Now i am wondering if Fawnie is a type of a squirrel!!!
LOL yes, a little squirrely!

Do you work at a place that you could walk over your lunch hour?
I worked in a 9-story building once and lost 30 lbs by running up and down all the stairs several times a day. Of course I started out walking...draaaagging myself up to the top floor from the basement...but eventually I was running!

Free stairmaster and I got paid to do it! yay!

But you know what tomorrow is the day! lol
