Good suggestion Fawnie! The other thing is that, I am not a morning person and I am already getting up at 6am. I drop the baby at the daycare and am suppose to start work at 7am, but guess what, I am always almost 20minutes late everyday. Every morning is a struggle. After work, I go pick up the baby and am just lazy or maybe tired to go to the gym. I understand that the gym also offers childcare while u work out, which is awesome! I hope one day I will go and hope after the 28days it will be a habit.Oh I know the feeling skinmnd! Do you have a foolproof routine that you can work it into? Like, set the alarm for an hour earlier than usual, put your workout clothes right by the bedside with your gymbag and just get up and DO IT!!!
