How much do you weigh?

Until a section is started about health/dieting and etc... I'll post here!
My curious brain is always coming up with something new!

Me:
Age:18
Height: between 5' 1'' and 2"
Weight: varies 90 to 100

Even though I'm miniature, I still have stretch marks on my butt and outer/inner thighs! so embarassing!
I feel sorry for my friend who instead has stretch marks on her boobies!
poor girl... It's probably because I'm not that big in my chest area anyway. A/B cups rule!

wow, you're really skinny. I'm fat.

Stats:
19
weigh about 180
five feet five

I don't know why you have stretch marks. Were you ever fat? because rapid weight loss can also trigger stretch marks.

The most I ever weighed was 110 when I totally pigged out in the summer. For some reason everyone seemed to notice. I looked short and chubby. I mean I ate - Non Stop! Candy bars, junk food, you name it! But I started getting really sick so I had to cut it out. My bust when I measure it is... 29
but I'm still a B cup! my waist a 21.5, hips 31, but I still have butt and thighs. Trust me. That's why I have the stretch marks. I only have a little bit of cellulite on my booty that i'm trying to get rid of.

Don't worry I'm not even a B cup. Shes pretty. I don't work out at all now. I used to be really fit kinda too fit. But now I don't have much muscle mass. It's kinda sad I want to be skinnier. Not anorexic, just smaller thighs.
yeah smaller thighs would be nice. everytime i work out i end up working out my thighs and i am getting really annoyed with myself cuz they just get bulkier. euwww that makes me sound guy-ish!
ahaha! That's what I try to avoid! I plan on going to the gym next month. The only thing I don't like is that they tend to get bulkier like you said.
yeah... and my sister says she is way stronger than me but i just think she looks fat! ..............oh thats mean lol!
Speaking of thighs, you know what I hate?--I hate it when my thighs rub together when I wear a skirt. That is one of the most uncomfortable feelings ever

Is your sister older than you?

vtoodler, My knees usually rub together a lot. I guess its the way I walk. My legs are weird. They touch at the top but in the middle they don't so I look funny sorta.

weeelllll......my stats are

age: 31
height: 5'8"
weight: 129(ish)

I gained about 20 lbs the first year my husband and I were together (we've been together 3 years) since then I've lost 15lbs
I'd like to get back down to 115 but it's a lot harder to lose the weight as you get older. I have to tone up my body and I have to start believing my husband when he tells me I'm beautiful

all in all I wish I had more self confidence
at 5'8" and 129, I wouldnt think that you needed to lose any weight.
yeah, that sounds really good. i dont think itd be healthy anyways if you were like my weight by 4 inches taller?

You sound plenty of healthy to me. Like w/ me, everyone tells me I weigh too little already. Doesn't mean I don't have my trouble spots. e.g. my thighs. I know in order to get toned I have to work out and stuff but I get so lazy!...
If anyone wants to know about diet pills or anything I know some that do work. Without even excercising! My mom tried the ones that are in that slim red bottle that are supposed to make your hair/nails grow while losing weight. I don't know if it worked for her but I got these pills from GNC made by GNC. It's in the section of the store where they have all the 'performance' pills. Anyway, they're called Thermo Cardio System and man do they work. I asked the guy who worked there for pills that would work since I don't excercise much. These speed up your metabolism or something. If you want more info, go to their store or website. I'm tired of typing... lazy!
well thanks for the encouraging words. it's just really frustrating to look at myself everyday and think about how I looked a few years ago. I weighed 105 for years. as I got older the weight crept on a bit. I was steady at 115 for a while. then I was working out every day (I was also drinking heavily and not eating like I should have: actually I was eating about once a day). I actually was liking how I looked and had a semi-positive outlook on things (I was coming out of a divorce and basically starting over)

I thought I knew what I needed in a relationship. I was very materialistic and very vain. looking back on it now I was a horrible, horrible person. I kick myself every day for how aweful of a person I was
thankfully my nephew was born (he is such a wonderful influence on me, he has changed my outlook on life) and I met my husband (he met me at a low point and helped me to see what I was missing in life)

I still have low self esteem but I'm working on it. that being said, I would like to lose weight and get back down to where I was but I know it probably won't happen. I should focus on toning up and stop looking at how much I weigh

I know how you feel. I too am always in a never ending struggle with my weight. Though I am not overweight, I still feel that I need to lose 10-15 lbs to look how I want to look. I have tried basically everything and though it isnt impossible to lose the weight, I can never manage to keep it off. My body for some odd reason just likes to stay where it is. Also as we get older, it becomes harder for our body to change.

But you are right. Don't just look at the scale. If you can find a good balance of excerise and diet, over time your body will start to look and feel better. I am thinking of starting some type of daily activity like yoga. I have freinds that swear by it.
Why do you all want to be a certain weight range on the scale? Just be your healthy weight range that you are now. I can understand you wanting to be toned or healthy but don't try to get to a certain number. Obviously, you are where you need to be.

Lickalime, you said you were drinking heavily and eating once a day? That's why you weighed what you did years ago, plus people sometimes gain weight as they get older.

Even though I say all this, I have my problems too that need fixing.
if you're looking for a great way to exercise try Kickboxing. I did that for about three years, it was so awesome! I did it three days a week. until your body makes the adjustment to the workout you are sore, sore, sore! it is sooooo worth it in the longrun
