Hello! I'm trying to gain around 10-15 pounds in a healthy way. I mean not by eating junk food and all that. Any advice? Also what exercises can I do to gain weight but still have a toned body? Thank you! If you are also trying to gain weight join this thread and go on our weight gaining journey together! I apologize if my english is not perfect, its not my first language.

The best way to gain way safely is by building muscle. Tweak your diet to eat more protein, veggies, healthy fats and good carbs.
