Well, I wouldn't exfoliate myself into a red raw face if I were you! A week isn't enough time to fade dark areas and I would not push myself to the limit. You could do a lot of damage with too vigorous treatment. Daily exfoliation is too much.
What products are you proposing to use? I am a believer in the power of honey - it's a humectant, anti-biotic, anti-inflammatory, and a tightener. It has natural enzymes to smooth the skin. You couldn't go wrong with that, unless of course you are allergic to it.
I agree. Now is not the time to try anything new or drastic. A good professional photographer will work the right angle for you so that any sagging will be minimized or avoided in the photos.
Excellent! Do not be discouraged. Doesn't it usually take about 4-6 weeks for healing to occur on the face? You had a really hard bump, so give it enough time, Freddy!
I assume they took skull xrays at the ER, right? No fracture?
I would also suggest taking some Vitamin C supplements orally.
