done at the shoppers. That was were I found out I had Rosacea. All three stages she told me. The rash/flush that comes and goes, permanent damage and pustule spots that I thought were zits that I would squeeze on occasion. I was surprised and went to my Dr. but of course all the Dr. did was give me that myo whatever cream that didn't seem to do much.

I already knew about no wheat, no caffeine, no chocolate, no booze, no potatoes, no cheap icecream etc. etc. I've been alive long enough to see my skin break out almost immediately in hive like rash pimples whenever I put any "bad" stuff in my system that I'm sensitive to. Always on my face too, why can't it be my butt? lol Sometimes I would get the hives on my abdomen, arm etc. mostly on my face though. I went back to the lady after my Dr. and did by some of the new expensive rosacea products they have.

So now I can wash my face with their mild stuff and clean off make up but I hardly wear any. I use natural stuff with non of the fragrances etc. because I am allergic to perfume too. I find my skin is the best now I bought this galvanic home spa machine. I find it has really improved my skin and now I'm considering buying one of those red/blue hand held machines for problem skin. Seems light therapy is really good for us with problem skin. The spa people know a lot too but it is so much money to go there and be pampered. So I think instead of continuous paying big at the spa, I just have to pay once sort of big and do it myself at home. I'm researching all the different ones right now. That is how i found this forum. I'll tell you how I do once I get one. Might be next summer though before I can fork out 400$ or so for one. Maybe they will go down in price by then. lol Keep posting what works for you guys. Thanks
