Great news that you notice these changes now! Many women will waiting until real damage is done to their skin and then it becomes more challenging to correct. What you put into your body will affect your skin. Sugar, coffee, alcohol, etc. will dehydrate your skin! If you are able, making an appointment with a reputable esthetician for a skin analysis and or facial would be beneficial. This would help make correct choices for skin care. If you choose to use recommended products make sure they have a return policy and what it is just incase they don't work well for you. Daily use (morning & night) of good effective products will be your best defense to skin problems. Good luck and here's to great skin!
