well done Kayin my opinion the best way to lose weight is to not be on a diet!
when you're on diets all you do is think about food...so i stopped being on a diet and ate what i wanted when i wanted to and i gradually lost 3 stone, took a while but it worked!
i did find before that diet pills sort of worked for a while......although i am convinced its all in your head because while i was taking them i was eating right...it didnt last long!
