Hey doll, stop using all creams. You don't want to cause anymore reactions. You may have to put a pause on your lightning journey until this clears.

Start off with plain soap and water every day for a few months. Make sure you cleanse your system and eat healthy while your skin is clearing.
I've been lightening for less than a year but I have only read horrible things about Bioclaire on almost every website I go to. I'm sure you already know though.

What do you do whenever you get an irritation or bad reaction from a product? I wash the skin with water and slap some hydrocortisone+ antibiotic ointment on the area. This usually immediately stops it from worsening. For the next week or 2, I'll keep it moisturized with coconut oil, cocobutter, or rosehip oil until its no longer sensitive. If it leaves a scar or dark spot(s), I'll start a basic lightening regime; which starts with exfoliating for 2 weeks using with kojic acid soap and Tretinoin. Then only use coconut oil for a day or two before doing a lactic acid peel. After that, moisturize for a few days to a week before trying another lightener.

Honey, pls be careful with coconut oil. It's highly comedogenic and clogs pores so bad. Instead use grapeseed oil.

Doll, you may use moisturizer but please make sure it doesn't contain any pore clogging ingredients like petroleum. That will only trap everything in as vaseline-mineral oil- and Petro all are very occlusive.

I suggest using a very good water based moisturizer. You can Google something and make sure before you buy anything read the back label to make sure it doesn't have any nasties in it. :)
