Hello all, so I think after all these years I found the solution for dark elbows and knees. Hear me out as this is going to sound silly.

You know those cheese grater foot file things? YES. Those.

I was doing my feet this morning and something just said to scrub my knees with it as I was having issues with darkness there.

So as i was filing the knee area, so much thickened skin came off and I will insert pictures of how much skin was shed.

My knees are so much lighter now after one scrub! It can't be dirt because I shower and bathe daily maybe just thickened skin? Who knows... It may work for someone else.

The pictures below are of shed skin so if you have weak stomach don't look.

That sounds sooo painful, even though I'm sure it wasn't or else you wouldn't have done it. :ROFLMAO:

A month after I started lightening, I bought an electronic skin scrubber because I read that it could help with exfoliating. I ended up only using it on scars and burn marks (on my wrist, face, and chest) that I got years before I started lightening. Its called Qukrot Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber. I think I'm going to try and see if it can even out these white dots that appeared on my forearms and stomach from using a number of creams throughout the past several months. I know the proven solution is to just stop using the creams but I'm going to try some other stuff before I do that.

Yes 😂 if anyone's knees aren't severe and they have thin skin I don't recommend this but for a lot of people that area is thickened and dark. Believe it or not, no pain at all. You just have to know when to stop 😂

The skin machine sounds cool was it expensive?

It was $28 when I bought it off Amazon last year. Now its $35. It didn't help the white dots though, just made my skin red for 2 hours.

Oh no I will skip that. Anything that makes the skin red will definitely awake the melanin cause it to pump out more.
