Hi.

I'm only 19 and I already have some wrinkles, how can I get them away? I'm using sunscreen daily to avoid more wrinkles daily. I have had those wrinkles (they're in my forehead) since I was 17. I've think they were created by stress and too much sun without protection.

you can use sunscreen they are the best for prevention and treatment..
I've used suscreen for about two years and they're still there..
Oh Someone advice me to Take one spoon curd and add 5-6 drops of pure honey and apply it for 10 mins and wash it.

Do this regularly your wrinkle will deminish.

what is curd? Like lemon curd?
Do you use moisturizers before going to bed at night? Although 19 does sound a little young to be developing wrinkles.

No, what's a moisturizer? English is not my first language so I don't really know what a moisturizer is.
what kind of sun protection are you using? Try finding a sunBLOCK
Hi Saklig

At 19, it would be normal for you to have questions on acne and not wrinkles!

At your age, the skin is normally a little oily - due to those (dreaded) hormones increasing the production of oil from the sebaceous glands.

If you're getting wrinkles appear then it would probably be the result of too much sun - use sun BLOCK as Martha says.

Or bad diet / not enough water per day / too much alcohol /poor skin care, generally.

There certainly isn't (to my knowledge) a quick-fix potion for wrinkles - you need an overall plan....and concentrate on "fixing from within" rather than seeking a magic cream.

It sounds like you are doing everything right, unfortunately you cant undo the ravages of the sun before you were aware of it. You may want to consider a sun protective a sun protective hat, since sunscreen has to be constantly re applied. 90% of wrinkles are caused by damage from the sun, so stop worrying about stress
Im just getting more into sun protection at 22, and found a great selection of fashionable wide brimmed hats from this online company called SunGrubbies. Also, when buying sunblocks look at the ingredients label and look for UB blocking ingredients such as titanium dioxide and Zinc Oxide.
