Increase your income

I am a cosmetic surgeon in the S.F. Bay area. I'm trying to network with some estheticians to expand my pratice throughout the Bay Area. Can someone suggest the best way to notify estheticians of this opportunity? Is there a more specific message board? Is there a place where estheticians advertise a desire to work with a physicain? My plan is to provide Botox and dermal fillers at the esthetician's place of business. This is a great way to increase your income, especially in these tough times. You need to be resourceful and think outside the box. Thank you.
