My dh uses and inversion table for a herniated disk in his neck and to help his disks in general. It has helped tremendously for the pain he was having in his neck and shoulder.
I was wondering if anyone ever has heard if inversion is helpful to wrinkles. I found some info on the net but not a lot. It would make sense to me but I don't know if it would be enough (I think the longest is about 10-15 minutes a day) time inverted to make a difference.
Any ideas?
