Is this a burn?

So I’ve been using the MUAC fade peel. This is my third time using it and I have a mark on my nose. My cheeks are fine which is the most sensitive part of my face and my nose did not sting at all when wearing the peel. Pic attached.
If it is a burn how do I treat it?

Apply neosporin on it daily until it gets back to its normal color.
How often are you applying the fade peel?

once a week. I took a break from tretinoin before the first peel. I started back using it after the second time. I also use kojic acid soap about 4 times a week. Maybe, it was all to much for my skin. I was just really surprised to have a burn. When ever I do peels if I feel stinging its always the tops of my cheeks. I didn't feel anything on my nose. I guess I expected areas like that to get burns so I'm always careful. Thanks for the reply.
Using RA prior to applying the peel makes a big difference too. Try using the peel every other week, but also keep neosporin on the areas that are sensitive. Fade peel is one of my favorites! Great choice.
