This is dicey cause I am not a doctor, But this looks to me like an allergic reaction to something. How long have you had it? What are you using? And where is it on your face? I can't tell from pix but rosacea usually starts in a pattern on cheeks close to nose and on the nose itself. Possibly just changing to some super mild products may help.

You definitely have to see a dermatologist as he will know the best remedy for your skin condition. Also, if you are suffering from rosacea, try to stay away from spicy foods, alcohol, smoking and chocolates.

I agree with lilmama. It's hard to tell from the photos and we're NOT doctors but it does look more like an allergic reaction to some ingredient in the products you are using. Look for products that are "Hypoallergenic" and "Fragrance Free". The label may also say for "Sensitive" skin. Neutrogena and Aveeno products are good and can be found at most drugstores. Also, if you have dry skin be sure to use a non-sudsing cleanser when you wash your face.

When your skin turns red, that means your allergic to some chemical that your using or eating. (either your laundry soap, your body soap or food ) Once you stop using and eating those chemicals, you'll see a big difference. Drink Good Water!! Stay away from Tap!! ..

Note: sodium lauryl sulfate, one of the most commonly used poisons in the World, which masquerades as soap, shampoo and toothpaste.

So everyone who has rosacea is reacting to something?
I think some people (mostly skin type 1 & 2) just has it naturally.

One of the key problems that folks encounter when it comes to acne pimples and rosacea is the treatment. As opposed to making a doctor's appointment and acquiring a new-age acne rosacea treatment, they try to deal with the affliction on their own. This is not a wise course of action. Go to a professional and get an educated assessment. This way you can attain the perfect acne rosacea treatment for your condition. Now, if you weren't already aware of it, one of the best places you can accumulate knowledge on this subject is cyberspace. Just pop open your Mac or PC and punch in the keywords, "acne rosacea treatment." Soon you will be well on your way to a greater understanding of treatments and cures.
