I have it. It's like the red area on your cheeks right? I use a redness reducer cream to help it.

Hi,

Can you pls suggest which redness reducing cream you use as I have red patches on my cheeks too and it looks terrible especially after I washed my face or eat chocolates, etc

Thanks.

I'm afro/american and have rosacea on my face also. I've been dealing with this off and on for several years due to stress from my job. Meds and creams usually clear it up in a week or two. I'v been under lots of stress and overworked, spent about a thousand dollars between drs and meds. I'm torned between using the metro gel, R/A and HQ. I'm not sure how to use in what order and what sunscreen is good for my very dry dark skin. If anyone is experiencing this please inform me what may be working for you.

Hi pumi,

I suffered from mild rosacea for a couple of years. My dermatologist did 3 sessions of extremely mild salicylic acid peels for me which has done the trick and I'm very pleased with the result. Since then I've found that you can do a peel yourself at home which makes it very cheap.

Hope this helps!
