Try Clinique's Long Last Glosswear. At times, it feels sticky but the lasting power is incredible. If you just tap your lips very lightly after applying the gloss, 70% of the tackiness of the gloss feels lessened.
Or you may like to try Max factor lip Tints. just finish with a touch of clear gloss and the colour lasts on the lips for hours and hours.

Without licking your lips... I personally love LipFusionXL - its a lip plumper that is meant to be used overnight...I like wearing it in the daytime though as well. It's expensive - $50
- but its the only thing I've found thus far that truly hydrates my dry lips.

The Dior Addict lip glosses are quite good for staying power.

And applying lip liner all over the lips creates a sort of foundation for the gloss (any gloss). They all last better that way.

I like Avon's Smooth Minerals Lipgloss. Even after a few hours, if I end up using a chapstick style protector (and I keep them everywhere!!), I still have good color. Most others go by the wayside by then.

Highend brands like MAC,Nars and makeupforever...you get more bang for your buck!
even when it wears off, it leaves a beautiful stain on your lips.
You should also look into OCC liptars, they last long and a little goes a long way. They have a huge selection of colors.
