Why does the surface of my toes develop this hard dry skin? Can someone please give me as much information as possible on exactly what's happening to the skin and exactly how I could get rid of it? Its a horrible sight and I really just want my toes to look normal

Looks like calluses. Sally Hansen's foot scrub could work on them. After you exfolliate, moisturize. What have you tried on them so far?

Brandon those feet need some exfoliating. Try some peels or as itchy recommended a good foot scrub or even some retin A, anything to get that dry, dead skin off.

Caring for your feet - with regular exfoliation and miniaturization should alleviate your problem. Get a pedi to kick start things!!!
