its a horse shampoo that is known to help your hair grow. she has super long hair and says its because of this shampoo, she colors her hair too so im guessing its good for it. She says she has to wash her hair every day though because its so moisturizing... but hey im willing to wash my hair every day if it grows faster!

Mari - it's one more thing to put on your list for when you next come to T.O. I have seen it in the window at the Toronto Barber and Beauty Supply store (Yonge + Dundas). Next time I'll trolling on "lower Yonge" street I'll stop in and check it out.

This product has been around a long time -- I don't imagine it's very expensive and if it was intended for equine use I imagine the bottle is big, very big. I almost hate going to TO to shop, I'm impressed with everything.

You are right on both accounts - I don't think it was very expensive and it is a HUGE bottle

With a horse on it, too - great for us animal lovers

I just bought it at CVS, which is a drug store by my place. They actually have it at walgreens, or you can buy it online here Mane'n Tail Shampoo at SouthernAgriculture.com

i got it for 6.49 for each (shampoo and conditioner) Definitly get the conditioner. Ive used it for 2 days and i like it so far, no heavy residue or anything like that!

Here is your feedback: I use it and love it, the shampoo, the conditioner and the detangler now and then I can tie my hair in a knot and the knot bounces right back out, my hair is strong and healthy...I cannot give this stuff enough praise! ....it's the bomb! and dirt cheap, you can pick it up cheap at pet stores, walmart, Zellers ( in the pet department of course!)Shopper's drug mart carries it out here now cause I asked them too. I've used this stuff , gosh it must be about 7 yrs I don't use other shampoos or conditioners

Cat try it you won't be disappointed..considering what they do to a horse's tail and mane...the hair needs to be strong but supple...this stuff does it, with no nasty perfumy smell, or price tag!
