I don't know what caused it because it could be anything. Illness, infection, trauma, etc., but what I can tell you is that they grow back but you can supplement with GNC's HSN supplement, which is a vitamin matrix that assist in the growth and strenght of hair, skin, and nails.

either that situation, or your eye makeup removal is too strong for your eye area, or your rubbing your eyelash mascara off too harshly, but I agree with you taking these hair supplements, try Hairtopia from hair boutique web site, they sell these excellent hair vitamins in a set or in individuals... I got the basic package, and My hair grew pretty fast in couple weeks, give hairtopia a try. good luck to you.

that makes sense, I was using waterproof mascara for so long, and after washing my face, I still had some mascara left and I just pulled on it to take it off.....................OMG that is probably the problem.

I'm now using smashbox mascara, not a waterproof mascara, but very good products. I will check out the hair boutique for sure.

I have a good diet, lots of fish and seafood, veggies, fruits and nuts. so I think I'm fine on that side............but of course a eat lots of chips, but I'm wroking on that one..............

thanks

last night I had 1 bowl and then I had an apple with peanut butter..........LOL

Jan Marini used to make a serum that made the lashes long, dark and thick. Unfortunately, it was expensive ($125) and got a lot of flack for other reasons. Allergan is soon to release their cosmetic form of the glaucoma med in the Jan Marini product that is responsible for the lash growth. I don't know the name of the Allergan product yet, but the glaucoma med does for sure work! It can be irritating to the skin around the eye and has to be used carefully however, so it's not for everyone.

Skinn cosmetics have just come out with a eyelash conditioner and eyelash serum to enhance growth. The product mfg. is located in Calif. I have bought both -- like the conditioner I think there's an improvement in the thickness of my lashes -- but maybe it's hope - or maybe I'm not applying enough product.
