My boyfriend has really dry skin because of shaving. He uses some kind of Gillette [spelling mistake??] soothing balm after but it doesnt seem to be working too well. Are they any good but inexpensive products for this?

Aww poor thing. Oh and yes you spelled it right. I would try some dove facial soap. This worked really well on my boyfriend. Oh and believe it or not, with really dry skin, try mayonaise. It works wonders. You have to leave it on your face for at least 15 minutes. Hope this helps

Hmm..

He seems to have really dry skin that gets worse after shaving. What he needs is an intensifying moisturizer. Try NeoCutis Journee Bio-restorative Day Cream. It works wonderfully on dry skin and makes it smooth and moisturized.

Good luck!

I tend to use a shaving oil or just wet shave, a good razer is a must either a cutthroat that is sharpened or something like a mach3 with vibrate

Dry skin can often be caused by air conditioning, and really any moisturiser can help out here, just find him something that both you and he likes the smell of and works well with his skin.
