I never heard of this until i went to my dermatologist. These are tiny white bumps that look like cysts on your face. You typically have to have them removed! I had about 10 on my face. Your skin does not look smooth and this drives me CRAZY!! My derm removed some of them (missing some) the problem is.............they can come back. It wasnt a month later and they did! She could not answer me as to WHY or what causes this! I use good product and clean my face morning and night! Does anyone know of an actual product that can help/prevent this nasty skin condition!

I get that stuff on my back and luckily my girlfriend helps me remove them.
they can be as much as 30 per day! and they itch a lot .

try running very warm water under the shower for like 10 minutes
cause that millia stuff seem to loosen up and helps the pores open up
some millia might be pushed out naturally .
