Hello everyone!

I'm an asian guy who has been tanned for the last 3.5 years.

From 2015-2019, I would always go out in the sun for hours a day.

Here is the state of my tan:

This ^ is how it looks on my arms, legs, and parts of my chest/stomach area.

My face is a bit lighter, but still not as light as my original color (which you can see on my hands)

I also have eczema and hyperpigmentation.

I really want to lighten all of my skin, what do I do?? Please help!!

You can use a microfiber cloth or Korean asian towel to exfoliate the dead skin off be gentle and do it every few days for 6 weeks and then coconut oil afterwards to moisturize your skin for 6 weeks, do this before starting a lightening. Don't use the body one on your face.
Its a process because you will look patchy and uneven if you don't do this exfoliation first.
Exfoliating removed my 10,000 dead skin layers and blemishes that I had for many years baked into my skin.

It took years to reverse all the damage actually.
Initially I thought that tanning would cover up my skin issues, but tanning did more damage to my skin.
