This is going to be extremely emberassing for me but i'm gonna do it anyway

I am a 16 year old guy and have been trying to get rid of my acne for a loooong time with no success...

I could deal with some of the acne but my nose is basically all red....Could anyone tell me their opinion pls?

Well the bad news is that acne is pretty common at your age and is something you'll probably have to live with for several years. The good news is you can probably see a dermatologist who can prescribe you something like Retin-A micro. Your skin doesn't seem too bad though.
