My Acne Problems ( PLZ Help!!! :((( )

This is going to be extremely emberassing for me but i'm gonna do it anyway

I am a 16 year old guy and have been trying to get rid of my acne for a loooong time with no success...

These are 2 pictures of me that i made today:

I could deal with some of the acne but my nose is basically all red....Could anyone tell me their opinion pls?
