I noticed a lot of members here are asking questions about ingredients, what skin care regimens and products should be followed, etc.
I've been reading this book called "The New Science of Perfect Skin" which is very informative about the kinds of products out there and the hype around them. It was interesting to find out that even I had purchased some high end products that were not better than OTC products.
