I think you said that you cannot do strenuous exercise b/c of a condition but is it possible to try interval training. Even if you walk on an incline at 4.0 and then decline and walk at 3.0 it will help burn fat.

Next...always combine proteins with your carbs especially in the evening. Google The Zone. Eating high protein with carbs helps burn fat. I try not to have ANY carbs past 5:00. If you can, try not to eat past 7:00.

I can't do incline.

I'm happy with my weight but still want to lose 2-4 pounds.

diet:
morning whole wheat toast with organic cheese, black coffee

leant+ and my herbs and vitamins

lunch yougourt with blueberries, chicken salad with nuts, low fat dressing

snack nuts

dinner, steam salmon with brocoli, and spinach or sty fry with whole wheat bread with peanot butter.

nack chips, chips chips and chips 4 bowls

lots of green tea and water in between meals

It seems that I'm stuck where I am.....................I know I don't need to lose much, but still want to lose those pounds.

thanks

I am a wellness coach and when you hit a plateau, you have to increase the duration or intensity of exercise OR cut back in calories. The chips at night..big no no
...also you may want to cut the complex carb out of dinner to budge the stubborn scale and replace it with extra veggies. dont eat 3 hours prior to bed and drink lots of water all day. Few tips!

I'll just echo the good sense coming from everyone else...NO MORE CHIPSSS. Just replace that habit with another one, like eating something healthier (the calories in fruit burn off faster, so it's less likely than chips to turn to fat as you sleep), or chewing gum, or just doing sometihng other than eating. I doubt you're actually hungry before you go to bed, so four bowls of chips really isn't necessary! It'll feel weird for a while, but once you break the habit you won't even be tempted any more.

Good luck!! I just lost the four pounds I was looking to lose, and trust me it feels amazing once you get there

I had this problem for years. I'm 45 now and a size 6 (on my way to a 4). I never thought it would be possible to get back into my old size, but now I'm definitely on my way.

I discovered CellFood on the Internet and realized I used it 10 years ago but didn't see a difference. Well, I was 10 years younger!!! Anyway, I read about all the benefits and was so amazed, I decided to try it again. This was the first of the week that I ordered it online, and I received it on Saturday.

I didn't buy this product for weight loss, but for the cellular nutrition (read about it online)... or nutrition on a cellular level, I should say. Anyway, I received it Saturday, and was at my weight high for several days. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, I ate high-fat meals, and just knew I'd get regular again within the next few days.

I took it on Saturday, and on Sunday? I saw a difference in my face. I was amazed, and knew it was the amino acids that were making me look so good. Tuesday, I woke up and was amazed again... although I was eating out so much over the weekend, I lost weight - without even trying.

I looked into this CellFood again, and found another product that they make called "CellFood Natural Weight Loss". CellFood in and of itself has metabolic enzymes, which is impressive, but the Natural Weight Loss Formula also has two ingredients that not only burns stored fat, but also prevents the food that you eat from turning to fat. I don't remember exactly what these extra two ingredients are, but when you look into it, and find out? Get an extra bottle of capsules of these two ingredients... and take them with your biggest meals.

This formula is merely taking drops before you go to bed. It says to take 20 drops, but I take 25. I also take 20 first thing in the morning. It's a little bitter, so I add it to juice or soda or something, in about an ounce, and down it before going to sleep.

Since I've been taking it, I've lost 10 pounds and easily keep it off. My husband is taking it, too, and is at the lowest point he's been in over 20 years.

Life Extension has a product in capsules that you can take that has those other two ingredients... that you can take with your larger meals. There are other products that have these ingredients, as well.

Lastly, CellFood has a depression formula with SAM-e and all sorts of other formulas. All these additional formulas have the exact same ingredients as the original CellFood, in addition to whatever else they add.

I'm into things that work

Sometimes being stuck on the scale is not just a matter of adjusting one's diet or exercise. I had a similar problem and it turned out that I had an underlying issue that militated against weightloss. Particularly if your system is toxic and overrun with candida or parasites this also may be a contributing cause especially if you find yourself craving certain foods. It's great to lose the weight and look good and even better when your're clean from the inside out.

I lost 12 lbs in a 6-week period by eating lots of protein and good carbs only (fruits and vegetables); the key is to eat 5 to 6 small meals at about 3 hour intervals. You should see those extra lbs melt away without having to increase your exercise. I am on maintenance now and my weight varies from 112 lbs to 115 lbs but I do an adjustment now and then to stay within my limit. The problem with the chips is that they keep you hooked on the bad carbs routine and make you crave other carbs. I still eat cheesecake now and then but then I eat less the following day.
PS: Also make sure to cut on salt as well as sugar.
