Hi,
I'm new to the forum so hopefully I'm posting in the correct area/thread. I've been using Obagi for about 20 weeks now and love the results!...My only worry is what to do about maintenance, especially considering the issues with long term usage of hydroquinone. Has anyone been using hydroquinone for long term (years)? If so, have you experienced any issues with ochronosis? Has anyone found a good substitute for hydroquinone? Also, I am currently using the .05% tretinoin; at what point should I increase the percentage? I apologize if I'm asking too many questions in one post or posting in the wrong thread. Thanks.

Ask a dermatologist. Obagi products are usually sold by prescription because they are very strong & patients need individualized directions to use them correctly. Each case is unique. I would not tamper with dosages without advice from a pro.

This is an old thread but I can't find the most recent Obagi thread.
Question, what Obagi product, natural lightener, do you use to maintain after using Obagi hq?
I want to only use hq for 2 months so I want to make sure I get a natural Obagi lightener for maintenance, please help.
