Oily skin, large pores, etc.

I just came across this forum and have been browsing the information that can possibly help my problems of oily skin, large pores and constant blackheads. Everything I've come across has been very helpful, but I was wondering if anyone could help me with some specifics. It seems I should be using certain products that don't contain some types of ingredients, and I should also try to keep a certain regimine (wash, tone, moisturize, etc.) Basically, could someone recommend some specific products and the proper way to clean my skin. I hope that doesn't sound too lazy, and I realize everyone's skin is different, but it might give me a start for where to look and what to do. Thanks.

Two products that have definitely helped my VERY oily skin are:
If over 25 yrs -helps to clean skin twice a day with a salicylic Acid wash. Salicylic Acid will exfoliate your skin without damaging surface cell with rough, uneven abrasives. Neutrogena makes three equally great washes with 2% salicylic Acid. My skin can take it but some are sensitive to high levels of salicylic. Lower levels are available. Be sure to apply an oil-free sunscreen before going out.

I skip the toner bc it seems to make my skin either dry-out or become VERY oily to overcompensate for dryness
After wash i follow with a serum
PCA - a&c serum (about $70... but really worth it) or Bioelements Quick Refiner ($40) These help to stimulate collagen production
Pevonia -oily skin cream (about $40) Just a dot or two will do accompanied by a few dots of an oil-free sunscreen. I use more skin cream at night during the best cell regeneration hours.

For my acne:
Pevonia skin clarifying mask ($40) Contains Sulfur which dries dries out oil, tightens pores and prevents outbreaks (use 2x per week).
