What products do you use on your face daily? Pimples can be caused by so many things. But its best to first rule out any possibility that it could be some external cause (like a lotion, facewash, etc).

What part of your face gets the pimples? What do they look like

I'm from Nigeria also. I recommend using a good facial cleanser, like Neutrogena. After that, put a creme like Clearisil on your pimples. Do this for about three weeks, and it should work.

The most common acne ingredient in over the counter products is salicylic acid. You can try a product with this ingredient and see if it helps with your skin.

have you tried any products with benzoyl peroxide? if you have and it helped at all, then you may want to try ProActiv. also, what is your diet like, and are you getting enough sleep? there are a lot of factors that affect adult acne. what is your skin care routine?

Proactive uses benzoyl peroxide as the main ingredient.

i know, thats why i asked if hes used it before. because if he has, and it was even mildly succesful, then proactiv is a very good version of b.p and should be more successful than the other product.
