Chelsie,
Hi! there is a lip exercise you could try before subjecting yourself to injections: pressing your lips together tightly, bite down on them from side to side. Repeat 3 times. Do this a few times a day and I promise your lips will look fuller, if even temporarily. And it costs nothing! No side effects!

Hey, this is topical for me ('scuse pun!) because I've been using Lipfusion XL for nearly one month now!

Lips feel firmer, but don't look a great deal fuller. However, I read from reviews that these things can take a bit longer, so plan to go another month.

Meanwhile, I would also try Fawnie's lip exercise - covering all avenues!

Goldie Hawn breaks me up and if you saw the movie "the old wives club" --the scene with her in the doctor's office begging him for fat lips was priceless. the thought of having stuff injected into my lips gives me the shivers.

Hmmm. I'd try it but would probably end up with sore lips to match the sore eyes that I have from doing that dang eye exercise. Just kidding!

try dior by the way their stuff for lips seem to be good! Firstly Im only 30 and I thanks but Iv always been lucky i think in skin department never had prob so far, touchwood anyway! only find i find is that some anti wrinkle creams can clog up me pores so am trying to maintain this or may see dermo soon about this as is annoying! I do have lines under my eyes but had these since my twentys and they dont really bother me, need more vit K in my diet really! and some fine smiling lines but hey I dont know how old you are but yeah im not doing too bad at mo, using Is Clinical Youth Serum, Elizabeth Arden moisturizing cream and few other stuff but could be here forever telling you what I use, also I dont drink, smoke which is always help, but hey I think looking after one selves and being happy is the way to good skin, Im not gonna obsess over little things as my skin will never be perfect dont expect it be! Chelsie though as you said we always want to change something and I dont really just want to maitain what I have, life is too short to worry you know!

Also Chelsie as fawnie says facial massage, excersise really help too, and vit and min supplements cant do ya any harm! why dont you get the baby Q see if that helps you out at all too!

I am taking HydraPlenish by Nature's Way. Available at iHerb.com. Contains collagen II, hyaluronic acid, MSM and chondroitin. Take 4 caps a day. I swear it works, but look at me: I use bird droppings, snake venom, acids, and LED lights on my skin....so you might want to be careful listening to any of my advice!

Silica is a good strengthener for hair, skin and nails also, along with biotin. The brand "BioSil" has both ingredients and is more "biologically available" than other brands supposedly.

chelsie why dont you try fawnies facial excersises also i think its dior that do a flash beuaty spray apprantly its meant to be really good! Massaging your face if you do it correctly as well is really good, Try yoga and pilates great stress relivers!

Thanks fawnie for info il get the pills tomo im already taking the Olay vits and minerals and other bits and bobs so il add to it I think! Taking pills is no different to putting creams on your face, I dont think anyway!

Fawnie all your advice etc has been a great help and Iv really enjoyed reading all your posts and listening to your advice I would not of learnt half as much as what I have of dont if you were not about to give us a hand, so its all very much appreciated! I just think the Baby Q will be lot of money for me to spend on something that may or may not work I dont know may be one day il still thinking about it!

I think it's the Biosil -- my nails are so hard and grow so fast that if my husband needs a screwdriver in a hurry he calls me.
