I've started to add pumpkin seeds to my daily diet. I've known they were a superfood for a long time but when I was looking to increase my Magnesium levels I noticed what a high level of this nutrient pumpkin seeds have. 1/4 a cup gives you around 30% of your daily need. You should measure out the amount your gonna eat because the calories add up fast with these seeds. Once opened, tightly seal bag or transfer into another container and put in the fridge for storage.

The brand "NOW" is a good one to look for. Can be found in many health food stores or bought here for cheap. Now Foods, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, 16 oz (454 g) - iHerb.com

I love pumkin seeds! My problem is..... once I start eating them, I can't stop! Same with sunflower seeds-
