OK, so i wanted to find out more on the process of skin lightening. Does anyone know what happens to the skin after the old skin flakes off. Does the melanin gets completely removed or does the new skin contains less melanin after the old skin has flaked off? What happens to the new skin? Does it gets light or does it gets darker after a while and goes back to the skin you had before?

What happens depends upon what you are using. With HQ4% (typical concentration) the new skin will have less melanin progressively as the HQ causes a reduction in melanin production. 4% HQ will NOT completely depigment a black person but can make an Asian or Caucasian very very fair. Once you get to the colour you like, you'll need to use HQ 2-3 times/week to maintin it.
