Random stretch marks on legs and arms because of bleaching help

Hi guys
I’ve been using a mixture of skinlight cream, caro white tube and caro white serum. Recently I have been getting these random stretch marks on my legs (ankles) and upper arms. It’s my first time seeing stretch marks as a result of bleaching and I am afraid to continue with bleaching as I feel I will get more of these. I use cetaphil lotion to skin build is this enough? What can I do to avoid these please?

Are you occluding? I remember having some similar marks on my body when I occluded with skin light. I used SkinLight twice a day for 2 weeks and occluded a lot. It lightened me but I stopped using it because of those marks.

Hey, no I am not occluding, i just applied the cream at night and woke up to this. I haven’t had any issues with other creams. What did you do? I thought I should pause lightening and skin build but I’m afraid to lose my results :(

I stopped using SkinLight after 2 weeks of use in Oct.2022. After that, I started back using Caro White + Retin-A .1%. To me, Caro White works better than SkinLight. Is there a reason you don't add Retain A .1% to your mix? It feels like Retain A gives a big boost to any cream I use. Sometimes I take a week or two break from HQ products and only use Retin-A + coconut oil or a vitamin E lotion.

Yes I think I’ll stick to using caro white it worked well for me too. I didn’t think of adding Retain A because I don’t know where to find it but I’ve heard people say good things about it. Do you apply it to your whole body? Where do you get your Retain A from?

I've never order from Prescription Medicines From Online Pharmacy | AllDayChemist but most here do. My next order will be from ADC, since their prices are now cheaper, so I'm going to suggest it too.
I apply Retin A to my whole body. After I run out of my current tub of caro-white, I'm going try a new cream called 'white secret' ( key ingredients are stearic acid and arbutin). It doesn't have HQ on the list but says "bright results from the very firsts 5 days" lol. I plan on adding Retin-A and trying it out for 2 weeks. If all it does is moisturize my skin, I'll throw a tube of 4%HQ in it.
You should stop and skin build with cocoa butters or any other butters. Its because of skin light, when you use something like that you should add in your mix a bit of bio oil or kenacol (the green one)
Your mix is too strong!!
You should mix it with some palmers stretch mark lotion as well (1:2 ratio). It’s okay to dilute it a bit, because tbh having strong cream does not give you faster or better results - just worse skin! Use it max 5x a week. Make sure 2 days you’re using Shea butter, natural oils, retinol lotions.
Also start using tretinoin on the areas of stretch mark - it will help to build and thicken that skin again (no need to apply it to your whole body). And reduce using the creams on those areas (maybe 2-3x weekly) Bcos obviously it’s sensitive. Same thing happened to me but I’ve been lightening faster with no issues since I diluted my mix and used it less. Sometimes less is more.

Thank you for your reply, I was literally so scared to continue using lightening creams because of the stretch marks but now I feel a bit better. I have to admit though I did add two tubes of movate which I think has steroids that may have caused the stretch marks. What is your regime if you don’t mind sharing

Movate is 100% steroids. The funny thing is, steroids won't lighten you unless your pigmentation is due to skin trauma. Steroids only destroys your skin with stretch marks, my God...I made that mistake once and within 1 week my skin was swimming with stretch marks. I had to throw the whole thing in the bin and start again before it got worse
I use peau jaune (the whole set lotion, oil, stage 2 serum) and I mix with palmers stretch mark lotion, i think it has high HQ but no steroids. It takes time tho, but myself and others have seen difference in like 2-3 weeks. I'm now 2.5 months in. No new stretch marks so Im using 0.1% tretinoin to reduce my old stretch marks

Do physical scrubs (like sugar scrubs) work for stretch marks? Also eczema and old scars?

Nope, it just removed dead skin so it makes your skin smooth but it won’t do anything for stretch marks or scars
