lol a dermatologist wont do anything except ask you questions and look at your skin under a magnifying glass. under really harsh lighting i might add. oh and then of course probably prescribe you oral antibiotics or topical creams. whichever you prefer.
I hate taking pills! I'm still searching for the stuff I used to use...
yeah well you can ask for something topical so you dont have to take pills. like i am using this stuff called clindacycmin or something. i apply it every night after washing my face and it doesnt irritate my skin at all and my skin is clearing up very nicely too.
I was using Murad (it's kind of expensive). silly me thought if it cost more it'd work better
I just switched to Eucerin. I tried it for the first time tonight. if I notice a difference I'll post it

let me know what the product was your mom bought you

~has anyone noticed a change as they get older? I didn't have problem skin when I was younger. when I got into my 30's is when the redness started to really show up. it got to be really embarassing, people were always asking me if I was feeling okay and offering to open a window. I wasn't hot, my face was just red and ruddy

as you get older your skin becomes thinner and the broken capalarries (spelling?) start showing through. Also sun does alot of damage to your skin.

If only we could keep our skin the way it was when we were born
if only!!! im crazy about little kids skin. im always telling my 11 year old sister to be grateful for her beautiful skin and shes like I KNOW.

I think our skin goes through cycles. When we are born, our skin is flawless. But as we go into our teenage years, we experience things like acne. Then as we reach our 20-30s, our skin is in a pretty good place (no acne, no wrinkles), but as we get older, we start to show the signs of aging - wrinkles, sagging, age spots, etc.
