Attached is a photo I shot a minute ago.
Yes, I'm really badly shaved there. The thing is that under the hair, there is all these red bumps, which I guess they where caused from the previous bad shave.

Any ideas on what should I do to fix the situation?

What I've got right now is bepanthol, nivea and Betnovate (pharmaceutical cream).
