Hey everyone, how are you all? New here.

I'll dive into it. My knuckles are red from doing knuckle pushups and punching walls (for strengthening). The hotter I am the redder they get, but in the cold they fade a lot, reminds me of blushing.

How can I turn my nipples back to regular? I'd like to hear from someone who's done this before, but other suggestions are of course welcome as well.

Hi and welcome. So wait I dont really understand. Are you talking about your knuckles or nipples? Because first you talk about your knuckles being red and then you ask about your nipples.

well if you are punching walls and doing knuckle pushups, I would think that is pretty normal for them to turn red. Maybe try wearing gloves when you workout.
