Hello everyone,

I'm not sure what to call what I have, but they're not pimples. I tend to get red spots on my cheeks, but don't know how to get rid of them.

Any tips? It looks mostly like I'm blushing when I'm not lol

You may have what is called Rosacea. It is a skin condition that looks like you might be blushing. There is no cure but it can be treated and covered up by using makeup. Mineral makeup will help, as long as it does not have skin irritants and fillers..you could check out Web MD for help with it also.

Hi Bev,

I checked it out and it is not that bad, but thanks for the info! Unless it's a small case of Rosacea. I'd say that compared to the redness I saw on some of those images, mine is only about 10% of what others showed!

I'm not sure what maybe the cause of your redness but babyboomerbev is right...to cover it up I recommend using a mineral powder foundation. I highly recommend bare minerals, i have been using it for years and it always does a wonderful job covering up whatever I need.

Sounds like Rosacea. A YAG laser will will help the condition. Consult a board certified cosmetic surgeon and see what their opinions are. Post a picture so that everyone on the board can chime in.
