What is the highest form of Retin A available? I am using 0.01% and it's doing nothing for my fine lines and crows feet.

0.1% is the highest % of Retin-A that I am aware of.
It takes months for results to maximize. It will not help with crows-feet or other deep lines. It does help with clarity, smoothness and lessening of fine lines.

Read THIS about Retin-A and other retinoids/retinols. If you really have resistant skin you may need to up it to tazarotene, the strongest formulation of retinoid.

My skin is like steel, I have been using retin a for over a year and a half. It has not helped with diminishing fine lines near my eyes.

I might look into this tazarotene.

Thanks

Maybe you could add something to your routine, like vit c serum or AHA.
Do you exfoliate with anything like a microfiber cloth?

If you have deep lines, maybe a peel or laser would help. Retin-A can only do so much. If your skin is like steel, that's good! But do you also mean it is rough and unevenly textured?

Be sure to wear a sunscreen and wraparound sunglasses to minimize squinting and sun exposure.
