Hey man. Nice to see thread just for guys. My goals - my face, forerarms and hands have darkened over the summer and in general over the years. I just want them to be the same colour as my chest/upper arms: I'm new to all this. At present I'm using: 1 x 1000mg vit C, 1 x 100mg pycnogenol daily and kojie sans soap. And Nivea SPF sunscreen, though need to find a more reliable sunblock (difficult to obtain in UK).

Thanks. Re Burnout sunblock - UK amazon hasnt had it in stock for a while now. Only other option is from US via ebay. I've already wasted two months this summer waiting for my Shiseido sunblock from an american company, that ultimately never arrived.
