well, this is my first time doing this sort of thing - I have been hunting for the skin care products that really really work. I am so tired of false advertisements yet I realize some products work for one person and not another. Anyone out there in their late 50's - combination skin, wrinkles on forehead, around the eyes, mouth, and using a product that actually has long term effects on these issues? I do not want to just plump up my skin - not interested in Botox or anything else that is like that - just want to feed my skin and also I have sagging eyelids - too much stress these past 4 years but now that things have turned around (although the economy is still in our faces!!) I am wanting to do some repair and maintenance...whew...anyone??

what are you using now?? How do you eat??

You can start with a good antioxidants serum, retinol and moisturizer with spf15........................

drinkl lots of water, eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits, lots of wild salmon, blueberries.............

Exercise daily, even if it's just a walk, and get some fresh air

Hope this helps

Good advice -- but start slow -- don't expect miracles to happen overnight -- I think that's why many people stop their regimes, there's no such thing as an overnight turnaround cream. I'm not sure if sagging eyelids can be helped with any product.

Mari: how long before we see results?? I think between 3-6 months??
I think to expect faster results you'd have to spend a lot of time just concentrating on your skin -- going to spas --- derms, etc. A weekly exfoliation helps get gunk out. if you take the time, you can do a pretty good job yourself without going to a spa.

thanks everyone - yup - my diet is on track, just lost 50 lbs, trying to stay active but I must say I probably don't drink enough water. I do not expect overnight miracles but in the past I was able to see how one product responded better than another......just checking to see if anyone is using anything they really like...It is what it is and the real change comes from within anyway. Thanks again!!
