Is it a good idea to swap brands of skincare stuff every now and again or just stick with the same one?

I think you should swap under the following conditions:

1. The product no longer works on your skin as it should.
2. You can no longer afford the product.
3. You no longer need the product.
4. The product formulation has changed, and you don't like the new formulation.
5. You have adverse effects from product use, such as rash, redness, or acne.
6. You're bored.

So all in all, there is no set time to be with a product. I've had products that I've used for years and others that I've thrown out after the first time I used them. It's up to you to decide.
I agree with Freddy those are all really good reason's for swapping products especially if it no longer works for you or, you no longer need it.

That's what i mean though, i suppose i didnt explain myself very well but i meant do things stop working the same as time goes on [without a change of formula or anything like that]?
Yeah, it can definately happen. Like I said, there's no set rule so you'll have to judge for yourself. Don't be afraid to experiment with similar products, just don't go wild or you'll break out. For example, if you're using good quality top of the line products don't suddenly change to toothpaste, oats, and honey. You'll definately have a problem in that case.
hmm, no i wouldnt do that thankyou hehe.

Rightyho ill bear that in mind thankyou.
