I attribute this bruising on my hands and arms to thinning skin due to sun damage, age and possibly from the use of steroids for another medical condition.

I've stopped the steroids and the other condition, but the the top of my hands will bruise just by putting them in my pocket.

What would be your course of action? I plan to go to the dermatologist next week.

Should I use a Fade Peel on my hands and arms?

@JLacy yes good idea seek a dermatologist.
My advice would be as ur skin on ur hand is already thin, do not use any acids for now. Focus on restoring them first.

100% raw unrefined shea butter
Almond oil
Rosehip oil
Vitamin e oii

U can mix these in one container and use on ur hands only.. it will thicken it overtime.

Ouch looks painful! I would get Arnica tablets that will help with the bruising. https://www.amazon.com/Boiron-Monta...ocphy=9032286&hvtargid=pla-570512497596&psc=1

They do make Arnica in a topical form, if its easier for you.

The other thing is they make clear band aides for people who struggle with exactly what your going through. I would apply those on it so it can heal. Bumping it in the same spot time and time again, makes it worse.

The other thing is compression is not a bad thing, you could get a compression wrap for it, and or glove. And last but not least......if you take blood thinners or aspirin, this would cause you to bruise more often. And be sure you take a form of B12 and Folic Acid, and Vit K. All three great for bruising!! It could be something as simple as that!! Also, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, drink plenty of water. Ok I'm done :giggle:
