I don't know if they are healthy for your skin, but I sure do love drinking green tea

That's actually the one thing on this list that I would have to really acquire a taste for. Not a coffee or tea fan.
Hmmm, water and green tea I can do! I need to get more of the other healthy ones in my diet. I wasn't aware of blueberries! So really, eat "colorful" foods, right?!

A green tea that actually tastes good is Good Earth SuperGreen Tea. It has 3 kinds of green tea ( bancha, sencha and another one) and tastes like oranges. Really helps the immune system too - I haven't been sick all winter *touch wood* !!!

I take green tea capsules -- would that quality? Foods high in Vitamin A, such as carrots (ugh!), nuts - almonds ( Vit E) and the designer food right now is pomegranade - both the fruit and juice -- supposed to strengthen the walls of veins and stop the growth of spider veins. Too bad there isn't a great tasting juice with all these ingredients.
hmmm... a green tea, blueberry, carrot, almond, pomegranate, and salmon smoothie! DELICIOUS!

Actually, a co-worker just told me yesterday that a homeopathic doctor in california told her to eat sardines to improve her skin and to help her to lose weight. That was two years ago. I do admit she has been looking great. She has lost a noticeable amount of weight and looks younger than she did 8 years ago when I met her.

Should sardines be added to the smoothie too?
Yuk! I think the salmon should be left out too.
Why not just take fish oil capsules and save yourself the bad taste?
Oh but ...
I love a good cut of salmon with baby greens and a lemon juice and olive oil dressing with sun-dried tomatoes, and some fresh veggies too! Yum!
That sounds better than my recipe with cognac. You left out the pomegranate -- all sorts of health claims have been attributed to it including it being a source of vitamins and antioxidants.
how about a pomegranate, lemon, olive oil dressing - that actually might not taste too bad -sweet, sour, and just a bit bitter...
sounds like the beginning of a new facial product .....
I thought you meant salmon in your shake.

The best way to take salmon is on a bagle, with lemon and salt, a bit of onion and capers. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

When I cut for a photoshoot or a competition, I eat smoked salmon straight up.
LOL ... okay I'm down with that

Freddy, what does that mean please? Are you a model? What does the salmon do?
I is just a small town gurl...
