I used fuoris duo to lighten my knuckles. The result is HORRIBLE. Now my knuckles have 2 colors... some parts are lighter than others like some dots it's been more than 6 weeks. I have been moisturizing the hand but nothing. Please help

I think it’s malasma. Am not trying to promote this YouTuber but I would recommend that you watch her latest video on how to make soaps. If you can, make it and use it, it will clear the darkness or burnt areas.
Get duchess white lotion or Snapchat lotion ( blue color) yes Snapchat o, either of the 2 will even out your complexion, then get a sugar scrub to exfoliate those hands twice or thrice a week. Or use Samira range of products. The trick to knuckles clearing without coming back is stop using what caused them and use good quality skincare to even out and repair. Get a glycolic based cleanser or toner and use every two days on the knuckles as well.

Wash hands with rice and/or goat milk daily 2x a day. Moisturize 3x a day with Shea butter and argan oil and then moisturize with a regular moisturizer. You need healing moisturizers. Also, lactid acid should not be stayed on your hands and knuckles allday. You have to rinse all of it off after 10 minutes. Anything longer than 10 minutes, you run the risk of burning your hands.

Leave it alone, moisturize, and apply sunscreen every day!

Since it’s been 6 weeks, for those hyperpigmented areas use 40% lactic acid (for 3-5mins depending on what you can take), do this 1x weekly and keep moisturising throughout the week and use a alpha arbutin gel (like OMIC or neoprosone - the one without steroids) only on those areas. This might help to even it
Washing your hands with Kojic acid soap and applying some sort of moisturizing cream should even this out. Please don't use anything harsh to worsen the issue.
